8月31日 人間が関与するとされる温暖化論に総意はなし！２００４年から２００７年の間に発表された報告書を調べると”温暖化に人間が関与するか？”を調べてみると：http://www.dailytech.com/Survey+Less+Than+Half+of+all+Published+Scientists+Endorse+Global+Warming+Theory/article8641.htm
Of 528 total papers on climate change, only 38 (7%) gave an explicit endorsement of the consensus. If one considers "implicit" endorsement (accepting the consensus without explicit statement), the figure rises to 45%. However, while only 32 papers (6%) reject the consensus outright, the largest category (48%) are neutral papers, refusing to either accept or reject the hypothesis. This is no "consensus."
総意がない。
科学者の間で温暖化は人間が関与することが当たり前とされてきた。しかし、発表されている報告書の内容を調べると４８％の報告書が関与は”断定できない”、６％の報告書では人間は関与しないとメディアや政治家が語ることと違う結果だ。
ゴア氏などが使う”温暖化の危機”を結果とした報告書は一つしかない：
Not only does it not require supporting that man is the "primary" cause of warming, but it doesn't require any belief or support for "catastrophic" global warming. In fact of all papers published in this period (2004 to February 2007), only a single one makes any reference to climate change leading to catastrophic results.
１９９３年から２００３年の報告書を見る限り、総意はあった。
Examining peer-reviewed papers published on the ISI Web of Science database from 1993 to 2003, she found a majority supported the "consensus view," defined as humans were having at least some effect on global climate change.
では２００３年以降なにがあったのか？
科学が進歩している、情報が増えているなどといえる。
京都議定書が書かれた時はまだ科学的にあいまいだった。実際にIPCCの総論ではなく、本体の報告書にはそう書かれている。しかし、政治家や人間関与の温暖化を押す科学者が総論で科学的にバックアップできない事を書いて今のIPCCや”総意”が作られた。
もっと情報が入ってくる、今までの科学が見直されるなど、きちんとした科学調査が行われると、今と違う結果が出てくるのでは？
さて、これまで温暖化対策を推し進めていた政治家や環境団体はどのような形で責任を持って対応するのだろう？
