永住外国人に地方選挙権？！？！？なぜ、日本国民になりたくない人に、国民の権利を１００％与えるような事を？
永住権の取得と日本国籍の取得基準はほぼ同じだ。違いは外国のパスポート・特権を放棄するかしないかだ。日本に住んで、日本の政治に参加したいのなら、帰化すれば良い。
私も、その選択をして帰化したわけだ。日本人になりたくなければ、政治の過程に参加する権利はあってはならない。

バージニア州は二回連続上院議員には民主党候補を選んだ。オバマ大統領も久しぶりに民主党候補としてバージニア州で勝利した。 しかし、今回の選挙では州知事、副州知事、州司法長官すべてが共和党の候補が勝った。そして、下院議員も55席から57席（まだ２席は共和党リードだが差が小さい為、表の数え直しが待っている）と民主党完敗に。 民主党一色のニュージャージー州でも州知事選挙で民主党現職が完敗。 メイン州では同棲結婚法案が否決。３１州で行われてきた同性愛結婚についての国民投票すべてで否決する結果。 この選挙の結果オバマ政権の”魔力”は？ ８月中に医療制度改革を推していた理由は１１月３日の選挙への影響を懸念していたから。この敗北でオバマ政権はまた一歩カーター政権に近づいた？ MikeRossTky

MikeRossTky 共和党：１９００ページではなく、５６８の単語で医療改革を提案共和党が５６８の単語で医療改革の提案を行った。民主党は1900ページの法案を準備：
Number one: let families and businesses buy health insurance across state lines; （州の境界線を越えて保険の販売・購入を可能にする） Number two: allow individuals, small businesses, and trade associations to pool together and acquire health insurance at lower prices, the same way large corporations and labor unions do today; （会社単位ではなく、個人、中小企業や団体が集まって保険を買える環境を整える。これは大規模企業や労組が現在持っている特権だ。 Number three: give states the tools to create their own innovative reforms that lower health care costs; and （州のレベルでもっと柔軟に医療制度改革が行えるようにして、医療コストを抑える） Number four: end junk lawsuits that contribute to higher health care costs by increasing the number of tests and procedures that physicians sometimes order not because they think it's good medicine, but because they are afraid of being sued. （医療コストに悪影響を与えている無駄な訴訟を減らし、医者が弁護士を怖がっている為に行われている無駄なテストなどを減らす。） 常識レベルの改革提案。民主党はこれを嫌うだろう。
MikeRossTky 無謀な経済対策温暖化対策を兼ねて行われた”Cash for Clunkers"のコストは？
１台につき、２４０万円。
これは実際にこのプログラムが無くても買われていた車の数をこの経済対策で買われた車の数から引いた時に出た車の数を計算して、使われた税金をこの数字で割った時にでた金額だ。
このプログラムや他の経済対策のおかげでGDPは３．５％伸びたと。この３．５％は$150Billionの成長となるらしいが、同時に＄170Billionの税金が政府から経済に流れた。効果はマイナス＄２０Billion。
そして雇用は650,000から1,000,000増えたとされるが、一人当たり、2000万円以上のコストとなっているようだ。
これだけのお金を使って雇用が安定する基盤が作れたのか？
自動車産業の根本問題に影響を与えたのか？
GDPがこのまま伸び続けるのか？
すべて”NO”。
もし、これだけのお金を政府が使うのではなく、減税と言う形で庶民にお金を戻していれば、どれだけの”真”の消費と雇用が生まれていただろう？
日本民主党もばらまき的な形で、経済を支えるような政策を打ち出している。結果としてもっと赤字を出している。
もし、金持ちから税金を40％取るのではなく、30％だけ取って差分は国内で消費に使わなければならないクーポンとして納税者に返せば、どれだけの消費を効率的な形で産んだだろう？
政府主導ではなく、個人主導の経済対策は取れないのだろうか？

この写真はオバマ大統領が真夜中にドーバー空軍基地に出向いて戦死した兵士を迎えた時の写真だ。初めてこの様な場に足を運んだわけだが、わざわざ報道陣を引き連れて、遺族から許可を得てこの写真を撮ったらしい。 ブッシュ大統領は幾度も同じ場に出向いたとようだ。しかし、一回も報道陣を連れて行くような事はしなかった。遺族から写真の許可をいただくような場を作る事もしなかった。またこの様な場に出向いた事を公表しなかった。 この差は？ 考えさせられます。 ＭｉｋｅＲｏｓｓＴｋｙ October 29 政治風刺漫画 － ウソつくオバマ大統領

In the health care debate, Democrats and their allies have gone after insurance companies as rapacious profiteers making "immoral" and "obscene" returns while "the bodies pile up."
Ledgers tell a different reality. Health insurance profit margins typically run about 6 percent, give or take a point or two. That's anemic compared with other forms of insurance and a broad array of industries, even some beleaguered ones.
Profits barely exceeded 2 percent of revenues in the latest annual measure. This partly explains why the credit ratings of some of the largest insurers were downgraded to negative from stable heading into this year, as investors were warned of a stagnant if not shrinking market for private plans.

Japan's major nuclear reactor manufacturers have begun developing small nuclear power systems for both developed and emerging countries, a report said on Saturday.
Toshiba Corp. is developing an ultra-compact reactor with an output of about 10,000 kilowatts and has started procedures for approval in the United States, the Nikkei business daily said.
The new reactor, the Toshiba 4S, is designed to minimise the need for monitoring and maintenance, with an automatic shutdown function to ensure safety in case of problems, the newspaper said.
Toshiba plans to market the reactor first in the United States, while foreseeing demand from emerging countries in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe as well as in Africa, it said.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. has separately completed the concept design for a pressurised-water reactor with a power output of around 350,000 kilowatts, the Nikkei said.
Hitachi Ltd. also aims to develop a boiling-water reactor with a capacity of 400,000-600,000 kilowatts for use in Southeast Asia and other countries, it said.
Demand for nuclear power stations has been growing around the world. A total of 151 were under construction or slated for construction in 27 countries as of the end of 2008, it said.

この様な”科学的”探検がなぜニュースとして扱われるのだろう？

During the flight, researchers have measured the current ice thickness at the North Pole, in areas that have never flown before. The result is surprising. The sea-ice in the surveyed areas is obviously thicker than the scientists had suspected.
